My name is Dorota, and I am the founder of DBCS.

I am originally from Poland, I have lived in the UK since 2003 and have over 23 years of professional cleaning experience. During this time, I have worked with offices, businesses, and commercial spaces, consistently delivering reliable, high-standard cleaning services.
Cleaning is not just my job, it’s my passion. I take pride in creating spotless, safe, and welcoming environments where people feel comfortable and confident. I am known for my attention to detail, strong organisation, and dependable work ethic. I approach every space with care and professionalism, treating each client’s workplace as if it were my own.
Building trust and long-term relationships with my clients is very important to me. Now, with years of experience and full dedication to my business, my goal is simple: to provide cleaning services you can always rely on.

DBCS is a family-run business.
While my mum (Dorota) leads the cleaning side of the company, I support the business by managing the website, SEO, and customer communication.

I handle phone calls, enquiries, and organisation so everything runs smoothly and clients always have someone reliable to speak to. We work together to make sure every job is completed to a high standard and every customer is looked after.
